A crew from Shropshire Hearth and Rescue obtained a report of a automotive hearth in Tweedale, Telford at round 1.55am.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet, small gear and thermal imaging digital camera to deal with the flames.
A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire and Rescue mentioned: “At 01:55 on Thursday, 6 February, 2025, SFRS Hearth Management obtained a name reporting a hearth categorized as Automobile Hearth. 1 hearth equipment was mobilised from Tweedale.
“This incident concerned one non-public saloon automotive 50% destroyed by hearth. Crews carrying respiratory equipment used one hose reel jet, small gear and thermal imaging digital camera to extinguish.”
The automobile was left with 50 per cent injury following the incident, which concluded at roughly 3am.
