Out of Dodd Group’s 175 apprentices and grownup trainees, Kira Lacey, 27, from Telford was awarded Apprentice of the 12 months for Dodd Group’s Main Tasks Division with Archie Ingram-Ray from Smethwick selecting up the Property Providers award and James Sheldrick from King’s Lynn the award for Defence and Utilities.

Kira’s extraordinarily optimistic method was highlighted in her nomination from her supervisor Richard Carpenter, who himself is a former Dodd Group apprentice.
