Residents in Bromlow close to Minsterley have been suggested to maintain doorways and home windows shut as a result of smoke attributable to a big open fireplace.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service obtained the decision at 5.36pm on Thursday and despatched six fireplace crews together with an incident command unit and incident help unit have been despatched from Bishop’s Citadel, Clun, Craven Arms, Ludlow and Shrewsbury stations.
